Stampede: Terms of Service

Welcome to Stampede! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our app, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

However, you grant Stampede a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. • Contains unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive material;

Our Service may collect and use your location data to enable features like tagging Stampede seshs or photos or events with a location, suggesting nearby events, or sharing your general area with invited friends. You can control location access via your device settings.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with others. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Access or use the Service to abuse, harass, or harm another person;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;

All trademarks, logos, and software associated with Stampede are the property of Jessica Tang and Paper Star or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
